Our website is mainly used to display products and other information, not an online mall.

Our PDF catalogs record the product models that are in stock. When customers need to 

place an order, we will send catalogs to them. And they choose the items from the catalogs.

➋ Why Not Make an Online Mall?

Fashion jewelry styles are updated too quickly. The items you choose in the online mall

may soon be out of stock. So we changed the way. We make new PDF catalogs to update

new items and the inventory information.

➌ Why Does Your Catalogs Have So Many Same Products?

Because those are regularly sold products with a large amount of inventory. The latest 

items will be placed at the top of the catalogs. Products that appear in the catalog means

they are still in stock on the day that catalogs are made.

➍ How to Deal With Out-of-Stock Items?

A. It's recommended to choose items as early as possible. More longer time, more items might

be out of stock. 

B. If there are products out of stock, our customers usually choose new products to cover the 

balance. Some customers choose to use the balance for the next order.

C. It's recommended to choose more products. For example, if the out-of-stock amount is $100,

you can choose products worth $120-150, In case there is more items out of stock.
